At Health and Homes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged after delivery, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and items not in their original condition or packaging.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
